Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 18:00 (CET)
Note: We are part-time volunteers, so our hours are not fixed. We may not respond immediately to your email; it usually takes us between 2 and 3 days.
analytics Review Flow (OVAE)
When a user or manufacturer sends a review request, our group of enthusiasts follows a documentary review process before listing the brand as a guideline:
Report Review: Cross-checking the EN ISO 12312-2 report with the database of accredited laboratories in the EU.
Model Validation: Verification that the printed model exactly matches the tested batches.
Representation Tracking: Confirmation of the registration and validity of the European Representative (EU-REP).
Transparency: Request for traceability information in the supply chain according to the Blue Guide recommendations.

Eclipseseguro.es is a platform driven by astronomers and science communicators integrated into the informal collective without legal personality (natural persons) of OVAE. We do not sell products or receive commercial commissions; we review the data independently and as amateurs for the benefit of public eye health, without assuming legal responsibility for the final products.
