Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 18:00 (CET)
Note: We are part-time volunteers, so our hours are not fixed. We may not respond to your email immediately; it usually takes 2 to 3 days.
analytics Review Flow (OVAE)
When a user or manufacturer submits a review request, our group of amateurs follows a documentary review process before listing the brand for guidance:
Report Review: Cross-checking the EN ISO 12312-2 report with the database of EU accredited laboratories.
Model Validation: Verification that the printed model matches exactly with the tested batches.
Representation Tracking: Confirmation of the registration and validity of the European Representative (EU-REP).
Transparency: Request for supply chain traceability information according to Blue Guide recommendations.

We do not sell products or receive commercial commissions; we review data in an amateur and independent manner for the benefit of public eye health, without assuming legal responsibility for the final products.
